My background isn’t that of a typical corporate estate agent. Back in December 2012, I started my own property development venture in London and in the East Midlands. Over twelve years, I specialized in finding properties that had seen better days and completely transforming them through full scale renovations. I managed the budgets, worked alongside contractors, and brought underutilized spaces back to life. By steering these modern homes into the letting market, I successfully built and managed a highly profitable rental portfolio of my own.
To scale that vision, I co-founded a regional property development in March 2025. As Co founding Director, I still spend my days sourcing opportunities, managing construction lifecycles, and ensuring our rental assets meet exceptionally high standards for long-term tenants.
